How the estimate works

Unbilled labor is techs times unbilled hours per week times your rate, over a 50-week year. Travel is jobs per week times unbilled minutes per job at the same rate. Parts leakage is the share of monthly parts spend that never reaches an invoice, annualized. Simple on purpose: every number is yours, and you can check the arithmetic on a napkin.
