Built in a shop, proven in shops

Fleet Portal wasn't designed in a conference room. It was built inside a working mobile mechanic shop and extracted into a platform. These are the operations running on it.

The origin shop

Mobile mechanic shop · commercial fleet service · the shop Fleet Portal was built inside

The shop dispatches technicians to commercial fleets and bills a mix of direct clients and fleet programs, each with their own rates and rules. Before Fleet Portal, that operation ran where most mobile shops run: spreadsheets, group texts, and a stack of tools never built for a shop that goes to the trucks.

Fleet Portal was built on that floor, job by job. Dispatch replaced the group text. Estimates moved online, where clients approve each line. Parts started leaving the shelf through the system, so they landed on invoices instead of in the void. Billing learned each payer's rules. The P&L became a tab instead of a quarterly archaeology project.

We cut the time from work order to paid invoice in half. Our techs live in it all day.

Every module in the platform exists because this shop needed it on a real job. That's the standard for what ships: depth over breadth, proven in production before it's offered to anyone else.

Inventory used to be a guessing game. Now every part is tracked to the location and the job.

A parts operation that stopped drifting: per-location counts, reorder thresholds, and every part leaving the shelf on an invoice line.

Apex Fleet Service
The financials tab gave us a real P&L for the first time. We finally know our numbers.

From bank-balance management to a live P&L with accounts receivable and payable, generated from the same records the shop already keeps.

Northwind Mobile
Onboarding three locations took a weekend. The whole team was running by Monday.

A multi-site operation brought live in days, with per-location inventory, scoped staff, and one account over all of it.
